Cindy Fillmore had the vision and pulled her local homeschool community together to begin the idea of a hub for connecting. Married to her sweetheart, Mike, and mother of 4 children, she has led their home-based education for 7 years, managed the South Utah County Homeschooler email group for most of those years, and continually seeks to build community among the homeschoolers and neighbors she loves so much.

Britany Sproul
Co-Executive Director

Britany Sproul was a teacher for three years before she felt called to try homeschooling. Without knowing the "why" behind it, she plunged in with both feet, and quickly discovered her young family's need for community while homeschooling. Since then, she has helped found the Lighthouse School co-op, led several clubs around her kids' passions, and organized various community events for homeschoolers.
